Make sure you have enabled the plugin in your Unreal project (through “Plugins…” menu option) (enabling the plugin will require to restart the editor):

Once the plugin is installed, you can launch/access it through the “Window” main menu in Unreal Editor:

This will bring up the HX Project Management window. It can be docked or place any where, as any other Unreal window:

You can now start using HX Project Management!
Unreal Engine will remember the location of the plugin window and will reopen it when you reopen your project.
